Job Title: Quality Compliance Manager
Key Responsibilities

  • To drive continuous Quality Improvement activities.
  • To plan, organize, supervise and co-ordinate quality compliance activities in the key result areas of documentation, and product quality related matters in all aspects of factory operations.
  • To ensure Products are manufactured to meet all Quality Standards in compliance with all applicable Regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • B. Pharm with minimum of 7 years post qualification relevant experience in Regulatory, Analytical & Production processes preferably in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
  • Possession of M.Sc. would be an added advantage.
  • Adequate Knowledge of Quality Management processes such as Validation, SOP, cGMP, GLP, etc.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft package (Excel, Word and Power Point).
  • Good communication (oral and written) and stnong Leadership skills.


Job Title: Senior Analyst - Chemical
Key Responsibilities
  • To provide technical support for the section such as Quality reviews, validation processes, etc.
  • To generate, develop, review and maintain analytical methods, Standard Operating Procedures, control specifications and other operational documents.
  • To ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and proper
  • functioning of the equipment.
  • To perform physical and chemical analysis on all materials viz: Raw, Packaging Materials, Products etc. to determine the material quality status in compliance with laid down standards.
  • Provide leadership for the section with good communication (oral and written) and strong Leadership skills.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc. or HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline from a reputable Institution with not less than 5 years in Quality Assurance functions preferably in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
  • Adequate Knowledge of Quality Management processes such as Validation, SOP, cGMP, GLP, etc.
  • Must be able to demonstrate dexterity in the use of Laboratory Equipment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft package (Excel, Word and Power Point).
  • Good communication (oral and written) and strong Leadership skills.



Job Title: Procurement/Planning Officer
Key Responsibilities
  • To obtain Master Production schedule and develop the Bill of Materials to meet the Sales Volume Requirement.
  • Assist in Procurement of Raw and Packaging materials.
  • Assist in preparing PFls for imports.
  • Reporting critical material shortagefconstraints to the Procurement Manager and relevant officers.
  • Preparing periodic reports on stocks and olhers.
Qualification
  • B.Sc./HND Social and Natural Sciences with a minimum of 4 (four) years working experience in a manufacturing company in a similar position.
  • Postgraduate degree/Professional certificate in Purchasing and Supply would be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft software and PeopleSoft (JDE).
  • Candidate must possess high level of integrity, dedication, thoroughness, and numeracy.


Job Title: Production Pharmacist
Responsibilities
  • To supervise the staff in manufacturing section.
  • To maintain efficient performance and control of all work programmes and operations.
  • To maintain good standards of quality and high output, and achievement of standard manufacturing rates.
  • To ensure compliance to GMP in all areas of production with regards to Man, Machinery, Material, and environment
Qualification
  • B. Pharmacy degree with 2-3 years working experience in a Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills, be flexible with good organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with great attention to detail and abliity to solve problems.
  • Self-motivated innovator with ability to inspire others
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft package (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Job Title: Procurement Manager
Key Responsibilities
  • To conduct procurement and contract negotiations and ensures continuous savings for the company.
  • To manage the inventory by maintaining optimal material turnover, re-order level and minimum order levels.
  • To lead and develop a network of both internal and external partners, to gather and analyze market information and trends.
  • To conduct after checks and ensure that suppliers render services in accordance with regulations and meet their commitments.
  • To participate in t'Je formulation of the company's procurement policy and its implementation.
  • Implement supplier selection and evaluation procedure
  • To supervise, co-ordinate and lead the sectional staff for smooth and efficient procurement functions
Qualification
  • B.Sc. or HND in Business Admm, Purchasing and Supply Management or Sciences; possession of MBA wiil be an added advantage.
  • Must be CIPSM/CIPS certified.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years working experience in a manufacturing company of which four (4) must have been in similar position.
  • Strong character and integrity.
  • Must be proficient in the use of ERP software and Microsoft office package.
  • Must possess strong leadership, negotiation and good communication skills.
